Code of conduct of the haqoo learning platform

Our Commitment

We, as members, participants, and those responsible for our community, commit to ensuring a harassment-free experience for everyone participating in the community, regardless of age, height, disability, ethnic background, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, social status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or gender identity and sexual orientation. We commit to acting and interacting in a way that contributes to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.

Our Standards

Examples of behaviors that contribute to a positive environment for our community include:

  • Showing empathy and kindness towards others.

  • Respecting diverse opinions, perspectives, and experiences.

  • Providing constructive feedback and accepting it gracefully.

  • Taking responsibility and apologizing to those affected by our mistakes, and learning from experiences.

  • Focusing on what is best not only for us as individuals but for the entire community.

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • The use of sexualized language, images, or symbolism, as well as unwanted attempts at sexual advances.

  • Offensive or derogatory comments, personal or political attacks, and trolling.

  • Public or private harassment.

  • Posting private information about others, such as physical or electronic addresses, without their explicit permission.

  • Other behavior that may be considered inappropriate in a professional environment.

Responsibilities for Enforcement

oose is responsible for enforcing our standards of acceptable behavior and will take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any behavior that [Organization Name] deems inappropriate, threatening, or offensive. [Organization Name] has the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject contributions, comments, and other contributions that are not in line with this code of conduct, and will communicate the reasons for moderation when appropriate.

Scope

This code of conduct applies to the entire community and also applies when an individual officially represents the community in public areas. Examples of representing our community include using an official email address, posting through an official social media account, or acting as an appointed representative at an online or offline event.

Enforcement

Cases of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior can be reported to oose at info@haqoo.com. All complaints will be promptly and fairly reviewed and investigated. [Organization Name] is committed to respecting the privacy and security of those who have reported an incident.

Enforcement Guidelines

oose will adhere to these guidelines on the impact in the community when determining consequences for any action they believe violates this code of conduct:

Correction: Reason: Use of inappropriate language or other behavior considered unprofessional or unwelcome in the community. Consequence: A private, written warning from [Organization Name] providing clarity on the nature of the violation and an explanation of why the behavior was inappropriate. A public apology may be requested.

Warning:
Reason: A violation through a single incident or a series of actions. Consequence: A warning with consequences for repeated misconduct.

Temporary Exclusion:
Reason: A severe violation of community standards, including persistent inappropriate behavior. Consequence: A temporary ban on any form of interaction or public communication with the community.

Permanent Exclusion:
Reason: Demonstrating a pattern of violations of community standards, including persistent inappropriate behavior, harassment of an individual, or aggression against or denigration of groups of people. Consequence: Deactivation of the user account.
