Antje Lehmann-Benz is PMP and PMI-ACP certified and a Scrum expert on a mission to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, as well as between traditional and agile approaches. In her interactive sessions, she teaches and coaches methods and tools to make real-world projects more successful. Antje also has extensive experience in optimizing the use of Atlassian Jira and Confluence for Kanban and Scrum teams, to tackle team-specific challenges she knows from her own experience.
For over a decade, Antje has been volunteering for the Project Management Institute. She regularly publishes articles in project management blogs and is a speaker at events and on podcasts.
