As a consultant and trainer in Systems Engineering, Maren Wischer supports teams and organizations in finding an interpretation of Systems Engineering that suits them, enabling them to successfully execute projects, whether they are traditional or agile.
Before her time as a consultant, she worked as an engineer and project manager in the industry, giving her insight into the challenges faced by development teams in their daily work. She has realized that success in a project depends not only on expertise and methods but also on taking a systemic view to ensure that problems are considered holistically. Therefore, she feels at home not only with Systems Engineering but also with soft skills and leadership topics.
In her free time, you can find her either in the gym as a basketball referee or outdoors in nature.
