It gives me great pleasure to accompany people, teams and organizations on their way to a meaningful, value-creating and successful working environment.
My professional journey started as a developer, where I experienced the joy when a customer was satisfied with a new product - my first Scrum project.
This experience motivated me to continue researching to develop better products. For a long time, I worked as an IT quality manager and dealt intensively with the topic of software quality.
A significant milestone in my career was accompanying a large organization on its path to agility. As a guide, I played a key role in helping the IT department of Swiss Federal Railways switch to agile working methods. After this success, I wanted to help other organizations successfully make the transition to a more valuable working environment and products that inspire customers.
Since 2018, I have been working as a coach, trainer and facilitator at Wertwandler and use my knowledge and experience to support people and companies on their path to success.
