As a trainer and consultant, I focus on soft skills in the areas of communication, giving and receiving feedback, conflict management, leading discussions and moderation. Due to my previous work, I also feel at home in new working environments (especially new HR work).
My core competence lies in supporting companies, teams and individuals with a great deal of sensitivity and the right questions to find independent solutions to their challenges. In team development processes, I help to develop and promote cooperation without silos - characterized by openness, trust and mutual appreciation. I also like to encourage people to leave their comfort zone and try out new things.
In my private life, I can relax best on backpacking trips or jogging in the countryside, enjoying a delicious coffee with family, friends or acquaintances.
