Design Thinking (DT) is an iterative process that helps a team (5-6 people) to develop new solution ideas for complex, "wicked" problems - while always keeping the user's perspective in mind. Figuratively speaking, it is a "doubly challenging journey into the unknown", as often the starting point can be ambiguous, and the goal of the venture is to handle unexpected turns and be open for surprising results.
Teamwork and Innovation
For such an enterprise like this, good teamwork is a key success factor. What you need is collaborative work at eye level andthe willingness to try out new things with curiosity. You need to be able to learn from mistakes and to maintain attentiveness and focus on the process flow. Facilitation and effectivesteering of the group and project may therefore be challenging.
Leading Design Thinking: A Practical Workshop
The aim of this workshop is to provide time to practice and space for own experiences in the role of facilitator within the Design Thinking process. Using our established DT process model, participants to actively design individual process steps under the guidance of an experienced trainer. You will lead your learning group methodically, receive valuable feedback on your facilitation, and develop your own DT workshop concept to be reviewed.
