This course is splitted in 4 x 4 hour sessions:13th to the 16th of January 2025, from 4 pm to 8 pm (CET) or 7 am to 11 am/noon (PT West Coast US).
This course is aimed at anyone who already has experience with the Systems Modelling Language (SysML) v1 and would like to become familiar with the new version SysML v2. You will receive a comprehensive overview of the most important differences between SysML v1 and v2 and learn the new concepts of SysML v2. Hands-on exercises will enable you to apply the new concepts directly.
SysML 1.0 was released in 2007. Since then, numerous new requirements have emerged for a modeling language for the systems engineering of the future (digital twin, digital thread, AI, simulation, interoperability, and so forth). SysML v2 implements these and thus takes system development to a new level.
The Object Management Group (OMG) published the new version SysML v2 in early 2024. oose was significantly involved in the development of both SysML v1 and SysML v2. Therefore, this training course will provide you with first-hand information.
If no other SysML v2 tool is available, we will use the SysML v2 pilot implementation.
Participants get a free 1 month Observer membership in the SysML v2 Club!
